নরসিংদীতে জেলা পুলিশের অভিযানে ২৪ ঘণ্টায় ২৯ জন গ্রেফতার।

নরসিংদীতে গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় জেলা পুলিশের নিয়মিত অভিযান ও পরোয়ানামূলে ২৭ জন এবং চোরাই পথে ভারতীয় মালামাল চোরাকারবারের দায়ে ২ জনকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে।
বেলাবো থানার বারৈচা বাসস্ট্যান্ড এলাকায় ঢাকা-সিলেট মহাসড়ক থেকে মোঃ পারভেজ মিয়া (২৫) ও মোঃ রায়হান আহম্মেদ (২৪) কে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ। এসময় ৬০ পিস ভারতীয় শাড়ি, ১০৫ কার্টুন সিগারেট, ৮৪০ পিস ফেসওয়াশ, ৩৯ বক্স সানগ্লাস, ৩৮ হাজার লেবু ও একটি পুরাতন পিকআপসহ মোট ১৪ লাখ ৫১ হাজার ৯৮০ টাকার মালামাল উদ্ধার করা হয়।
এছাড়া শিবপুর মডেল থানা পুলিশের মাদকবিরোধী অভিযানে ৫০ পিস ইয়াবাসহ ১ জনকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে। জেলার আইনশৃঙ্খলা স্বাভাবিক রাখতে পুলিশি টহল জোরদার রয়েছে।
